近日，发现有公司(上海超威展览服务有限公司)仿冒慕尼黑展览（上海）有限公司主办的bauma China 2008暨中国国际工程机械、建材机械、工程车辆及设备博览会宣传推广所谓“2008中国国际工程机械展”，并一再口头说明与bauma China 2008有关，负责招展工作，同时可以提供展位并传真展位图。
在此，慕尼黑展览（上海）有限公司郑重声明，除了中国工程机械工业协会、中国国际贸易促进委员会机械行业分会和中工工程机械成套有限公司三家中方主办者以外，我司从来没有授权任何单位或个人代理我司进行招商活动，任何参展申请及参展合同须经与慕尼黑展览（上海）有限公司签订方为有效。
我司发出的相关材料均标注bauma China字样，特此提醒广大客户谨防上当受骗。

Important Annoucement
Recently,Munich Trade Fairs (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd,the organizer for for bauma China 2008 - International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery,Building Material Machines,Construction Veheicles and Equipment,had received complaints that some other companies had approached them to promote similar construction machinery show and claimed that they are related to bauma China 2008. These companies also claimed that they are responsible for exhibitor recruitement for bauma China and even provided them with the floorplan by fax.
Munich Trade Fairs (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd would like to take this opportunity to clarify that other than China Council for the Promotion of International Trade – Machinery Sub-Council (CCPIT-MSC),China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA) and China Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd (CNCMC) who are the organizers of bauma China 2008 and responsible for bauma China 2008 exhibitor recruitment,Ltd did not engage any other companies to perform similar activities. All bauma China 2008 application forms and contracts are only legally valid issued by Munich Trade Fairs (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd
Please note that all marketing materials belonging to bauma China 2008 will have bauma China 2008 logo.
