On March 26,2008,the list of “2007 Annual TOP 50 Chinese Construction Machinery” had been officially published on prize-award ceremony held that day.
128 products of 78 enterprises had been nominated for the evaluation of “2007 Annual TOP 50 Chinese Construction Machinery”. Having considered both network announcement and experts’ evaluation,the comprehensive review board had finally confirmed the shortlist,which were divided into 5 groups: excavator and scraper (22 products in the shortlist),road construction and maintenance machinery (13 products in the shortlist),concrete machinery (5 products in the shortlist),crane and overhead working truck (5 products in the shortlist),piling and non-excavation machinery (5 products in the shortlist).
The range of evaluation of “2007 Annual TOP 50 Chinese Construction Machinery” includes the mainstream products in Chinese Construction Machinery market between 2006 and 2007,which involves the products manufactured by the domestic enterprises and those distributed in Chinese market by foreign-funded enterprises. Different from the procedure of evaluation in 2006,the link of expert nomination had been added in the enrollment stage this year,that is,the entries of 2007 were collected from two channels: expert nomination and independent enterprise enrollment.
Chinese Construction Machinery industry is an important component of Chinese equipment manufacturing. After more than 50 years’ accumulation and development,Chinese Construction Machinery industry and market welcome an unprecedented rapid development stage. Out of question,the whole Chinese Construction Machinery manufacturing is in the turning period in history from imitational innovation to independent innovation.
