中联建筑起重机械将参展BICES2009

备受行业人士瞩目的工程机械行业顶级盛会——第十届北京国际工程机械展览与技术交流会（BICES2009）将于2009年11月3—6日在北京九华国际会展中心举行。本届BICES由中国工程机械工业协会、中工工程机械成套有限公司、中国国际贸易促进委员会机械行业分会联合主办。据媒体报道，目前报名展商已突破900家，总面积达到15万平方米，展商数量与总面积均比上届增长40%以上，英国、韩国等将以国家展团参展。

中联TCT5510-6G小平头塔机介绍
TCT5510-6G是中国塔机行业技术归口单位——建设部长沙建设机械研究院优化设计，中联重科精心制造，国家建筑城建机械质量监督检验中心严格监督检验，技术性能国内领先，多项指标具有国际先进水平的一种新型上回转、水平臂架、小车水平变幅的自升式平头塔式起重机，其每一项性能指标，都达到国际领先水平。
最大起重力矩为114吨米。
最大臂长55米，55米吊1吨；臂长组合每5米递减，50米吊1.3吨。
最小臂长20米，最大起重量6吨。
独立式的起升高度39米，附着后最大起升高度220米。
每一个完美的结果，从来都源于事先环环相扣的设计。
起升和变幅机构采用多速电机，行走机构采用变频无级调速，回转采用RCV调压无级调速，可打反车停车，运行冲击小，能够实现操作平稳和高效的完美结合。
智能电控系统，以简易化操控达成更高效率。通过模块化设计、机电一体化设计、人机工程设计等先进技术和制造手段，使中联小平头塔机钢结构具有极好的强度、刚度和抗疲劳破坏能力。

采用了1.2x1.2米截面整体鱼尾板塔身，销轴连接，运输、拆装、变臂长都相当方便。

INTRODUCTION of ZOOMLION TOPLESS TOWER CRANE TCT5510-6G
TCT5510-6G is a self-climbing tower crane with an upper slewing mechanism,a trolley mechanism and a horizontal jib with two shackles. It is optimal designed by National Quality Supervision & Test Center for Construction & Urban-Building Machinery,which is the technology authority organization of tower crane field in China,manufactured by ZOOMLION,strictly supervised and proof-tested by its performances are advanced in China; many of them are advanced in the world.
Maximum Lifting moment 114ton?meter
Maximum jib length is 55m,which can lift 1ton at 55m length; the available working radius is diminished by 5 meters. It can lift 1.3t at 50m jib.
Minimum jib length is 20 meters; the maximum lift capacity is 6t.
The HUH is 39m and the maximum hoisting height is 220m with the walling anchor.
Each prefect conclusion originates from previous and compact design.
The hoisting and trolleying mechanisms are adopted multi-speed motor; the travelling mechanism is adopted the technology of frequency altering and stepless speed regulated; The unique technology of RCV stepless speed regulated is adopted in the routine slewing mechanism with stable efficiency.
Mast sections with guard ring etc. safety design measures not only completely comply with China national tower crane safe standards,but also in line with European CE standards. Automatic reeving changing device and doubled trolleying wire rope tension device etc. makes Zoomlion tower crane more humanization and safety.
Pin connected 1.2×1.2 meter integral type fish plate tower section easy to be transported,assembled and dismantled,as well as lengthened jib.
Topless design enables better anti-interference,suitable to work at tower crane densely located job sites. If needed,it also allows being lengthened or reduced jib,or dismantled jib in the air.
