On December 17, LiuGong's dealer in Argentina, ZMG, held its 15th
anniversary celebration. The event was attended by Mr. Wang Linjun, General
Manager of LiuGong Latin America and his team, various clients and friends, all
ZMG staff and its secondary agents from all over the country. LiuGong Chairman
Zeng Guang'an sent his congratulatory message via video. With more than 200
people in attendance, the celebration was a great success.
“售后服务咋弄?”一句话,引出了柳工与ZMG的缘分。2006年,ZMG董事长张振强带领团队,考察国内品牌工厂和设备,几站后到达柳工参观,接待人员问及:“阿根廷这么远,产品卖到那,售后服务咋弄?”这个问题引起了他们的兴趣,与其它品牌不同,柳工没有一坐下就问想买多少台设备。张先生表示,“柳工的营销理念与我们的吻合,注重产品的售后服务,这是我们选择与柳工合作的原因。”
"What about after-sales service?" This is what brought LiuGong and ZMG
together. In 2006, ZMG Chairman Zhang Zhenqiang and his team paid a visit to
several Chinese factories. When they visited LiuGong, the reception staff
asked:"Argentina is so far away. How can we ensure our after sales service?”
This question aroused their interest. Unlike other brands, LiuGong didn’t just
ask how many machines he wanted to buy. Mr. Zhang said, "LiuGong's marketing
philosophy that focuses on the after-sales service is consistent with ours, and
this is the reason why we choose to cooperate with LiuGong."

Since 2007, LiuGong and ZMG have worked hand in hand and improved LiuGong’s
brand awareness within the Argentine market — successively wining the trust and
recognition of the customers from infrastructure, municipal, agriculture and
forestry, completing sales channels across the Argentine market, achieving
nearly 100% network coverage, setting up two service and sales training centers
and establishing two parts distribution centers, which have helped to improve
the timeliness of services and customer satisfaction.

LiuGong has ranked in the top three in sales in Argentina for seven
consecutive years. The LiuGong loader is industry-leading and ranks first within
the market this year, and the forklift also manages to exceed sales targets,
with more than 1,000 units sold in 2021.
