On July 7, LiuGong cooperated with local Vietnamese dealer Hai Au Company
to conduct a product comparison test in the Vinh City section of the Vietnam
National North–South Expressway Project. LiuGong and other two international
brands participated in the test with 11-ton fully hydraulic single-drum
rollers.
4大项测试项目
The test included 4 main items
主要外观参数对比测试，包括钢轮宽度、直径和厚度，机罩开启角度、离地间隙、视野等参数的测量对比;
Comparison testing of main external dimensions, including measurement and
comparison of parameters such as drum width, diameter and thickness, hood
opening angle, ground clearance, and field of view.
振动轮振动参数对比测试，包括振动轮振幅与频率;
Comparison testing of vibration wheel vibration parameters, including
amplitude and frequency.
压实性能对比试验，按照现场施工工艺要求进行压实施工，现场进行密实度测试;
Compaction performance comparison testing, with compaction carried out
based on the requirements of the on-site construction process, and denseness
being tested.
油耗对比测试，即监测压路机在单位时间内相同工况施工的燃油消耗量。
Fuel consumption comparison testing, i.e. monitoring the fuel consumption
of the roller in the same construction working conditions during the unit
time.
柳工压路机在为期2天的各项对比中表现优异，特别是对道路施工要求最高的压实性能方面，在按照越南施工方指定的施工工艺下，柳工压路机测得的密实度指标为98.4%，达到施工方要求的98%的密实度标准，同时油耗更低，而其他两个国际品牌分别取得了97.9%和97.8%的成绩。这意味着柳工的压路机产品能够给客户带来更好的施工质量，更低的维护保养成本，更舒适的操作体验。
LiuGong rollers performed well in the 2-day comparison, especially in
compaction performance, which is the most demanding for road construction. Under
the construction process specified by the Vietnamese construction company,
LiuGong's compaction index achieved 98.4%, reaching the 98% compaction standard
required by the construction company, while also achieving lower fuel
consumption. The rollers of the other two brands achieved 97.9% and 97.8%
respectively. This means that LiuGong's road roller products can bring customers
better construction quality, lower maintenance costs, and more comfortable
operating experience.
本次对比测试活动展现了柳工压路机的先进技术，增强了客户对柳工压路机的信心，为柳工在越南推广全液压压路机打下了坚实的基础。
The comparison test activity showcased the advanced technology of LiuGong
rollers, increased customers' confidence in LiuGong rollers, and laid a solid
foundation for LiuGong to promote fully hydraulic rollers in Vietnam.
