近日，柳工及其孟加拉国经销商在该国最大钢铁厂举行了隆重的交机仪式及客户见面活动。该钢铁客户的副总经理、采购总监、设备总监，以及柳工南亚区域相关人员共计60余人出席了活动。
Recently, LiuGong and its local dealer held a grand delivery ceremony and customer event at the largest steel plant in Bangladesh. A total of more than 60 people attended it, including the steel customer's Deputy General Manager, Procurement Director, Equipment Director, and relevant LiuGong people in South Asia.
客户在孟加拉国享有极高知名度，之前使用的设备多为德国和日本品牌。柳工及其经销商团队曾多次前往客户工厂进行走访和调研，全面了解客户需求及痛点，针对性地推出柳工行业解决方案，最终得到了客户的认可，一次性采购装载机、推土机、叉车、挖掘机近10台设备。
The customer has a very strong reputation in Bangladesh and has previously used equipment of German and Japanese brands. LiuGong and its dealer team visited and researched the customer's plant many times so as to comprehensively understand the needs and pain points, and to offer tailored LiuGong industry solutions. The team's efforts were recognized by the customer, who proceeded to make a one-time purchase of nearly 10 units of equipment, including wheel loaders, bulldozers, forklifts, and excavators.

At the event, the LiuGong South Asia team gave the customer a comprehensive introduction to LiuGong's development history, main products and their advantages, and customized industry solutions. The team also introduced LiuGong's efficient and reliable service system, service capabilities, and spare parts guarantee. The Bangladesh dealer's Service Director provided comprehensive training on equipment maintenance and operation.
活动结束后，柳工南亚团队与客户一同到各个设备的施工现场进行实地考察，探讨存在的问题及更好的解决方案，并对客户下一个采购订单进行了全面讨论。客户对柳工的全面解决方案十分满意，期望今年双方能够加强合作，互利共赢。
After the event, the LiuGong South Asia team went to the customer's construction site with the equipment and conducted on-site inspections. They went over any existing problems and offered solutions, and had a discussion on the next purchase order. The customer is very satisfied with LiuGong's comprehensive solutions, and expects the two parties to strengthen cooperation this year for greater mutual benefit and win–win results.
