深化产教融合，柳工助力中国东盟友好发展

9月15日，中国—东盟职业教育联展暨论坛举办。作为创办单位以及三大理事长单位之一，柳工受邀参加了中国—东盟职业教育合作发展大会（以下简称“发展大会”）、中国—印度尼西亚职业教育产教联盟成立仪式（以下简称“成立仪式”）。

On September 15, the China-ASEAN Vocational Education Exhibition and Forum was held. As one of the founding units and one of the three major chair units, LiuGong was invited to attend the China-ASEAN Conference on Vocational Education Cooperation and Development (hereinafter referred to as the "Development Conference") and the establishment ceremony of the China-Indonesia TVET Industry-Education Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Establishment Ceremony").

广西柳工机械股份有限公司（简称“柳工”）董事长&CEO曾光安，在发展大会中发表主旨演讲，讲述了柳工在东盟国家的布局与发展、产教融合建设和校企合作成果等，与嘉宾们共商中国东盟职业教育未来。

Mr. Zeng Guang'an, Chairman & CEO of LiuGong, delivered a keynote speech at the Development Conference, discussing LiuGong's layout and development in ASEAN countries, achievements in industry-education integration, and collaborations with schools and enterprises. 

作为一直高度重视产教融合的企业，柳工通过建设“柳工大学”构建了创新就业平台，并积极与全球各地院校建立密切的合作伙伴关系，在广西和行业内率先开启与东盟国家院校的校企合作，如与柳州职业技术学院（以下简称“柳职院”）、泰国正大管理学院携手成立了柳工首站国际工匠学院、与印尼雅加达理工学院创办校企合作项目，联合培养国际化人才队伍，带动东盟国家制造业的发展。今年9月，国务院总理李强在中国东盟领导人峰会上表示，未来3年将在东盟国家建设10个工匠学院，柳工、柳职院和雅加达理工的校企合作培训中心项目已成功入选中国东盟工匠学院。

As a company that has always attached great importance to industry-education integration, LiuGong has established the "LiuGong University" to create an innovative employment platform. LiuGong has actively built close partnerships with schools worldwide and has been a pioneer in initiating school-enterprise collaborations with ASEAN country institutions in Guangxi and the industry. For instance, LiuGong has cooperated with Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as “LVTC”) , Thailand's Panyapiwat Institute of Management to establish LiuGong’s First International Vocational College, and partnered with Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (hereinafter referred to as “PNJ”)  to launch school-enterprise cooperation programs, jointly cultivating international talent and driving the development of the manufacturing industry in ASEAN countries. In September of this year, Premier Li Qiang stated at the China-ASEAN Summit that 10 vocational colleges would be established in ASEAN countries in the next three years. LiuGong, LVTC, and PNJ’s school-enterprise cooperation and training center project have successfully been selected as one of the China-ASEAN Vocational Colleges.

曾光安表示：“柳工将继续深度参与和推动产业和教育融合，充分利用在海外的资源和网络，与更多的院校创新合作模式，源源不断地为中国和东盟国家的职业教育提供更多支持。”

Zeng Guang'an stated, "LiuGong will continue to deeply engage in and promote the integration of industry and education, making full use of its overseas resources and networks to innovate cooperation models with more schools, continuously providing more support for vocational education in both China and ASEAN countries."

柳工人力资源高级总监吴荫登在成立仪式上表示，印尼是"一带一路"倡议的积极参与者，柳工将携手中国印尼两国政府、企业和教育界，共同致力于推动职业教育的发展，培养更多高素质的人才，为两国发展注入新的活力。

Wu Yindeng, Senior Director of Human Resources of LiuGong, expressed during the Establishment Ceremony that Indonesia is an active participant in the "Belt and Road" initiative. LiuGong will work hand in hand with the governments, businesses, and educational sectors of both China and Indonesia, jointly dedicating themselves to promoting vocational education, nurturing more high-quality talents, and injecting new vitality into the development of both countries.

印尼拥有东盟区域最大的工程机械市场，是柳工全球战略核心市场之一。作为最早进入印尼市场的中国工程机械品牌之一，柳工自2006年以来不断深化在印尼的业务发展，并在成立柳工印尼公司后持续改善经营模式、提升核心能力包括产品品质、销售渠道、关键客户服务、售后支持、品牌建设等。目前，柳工对印尼市场对投资总额超过10亿人民币，印尼本地员工占比超过80%，整体业务团队规模已超过2,000人，覆盖印尼各主要岛屿和关键城市。

Indonesia possesses the largest construction machinery market in the ASEAN region and is one of LiuGong's global strategic core markets. As one of the earliest Chinese construction machinery brands to enter the Indonesian market, LiuGong has continuously deepened its business development in Indonesia since 2006. Following the establishment of LiuGong Indonesia, the company has consistently improved its operational model and enhanced core capabilities, including product quality, sales channels, key customer services, after-sales support, and brand building. Currently, LiuGong's total investment in the Indonesian market exceeds 1 billion RMB, with more than 80% of Indonesian employees. The overall business team has over 2,000 people, covering major islands and key cities in Indonesia.

In the past three years, LiuGong has achieved a compound growth rate of over 100% in the Indonesian market. In the future, LiuGong will continue to invest in the Indonesian market, further deepen industry-education integration, and provide a solid foundation of international talent for the high-quality and sustainable economic growth of both countries.
