8月至10月柳工第六届全球技能比武大赛(以下简称“大赛”)预赛火热开展中，海外区域子公司进行了各类形式的激烈角逐。脱颖而出的选手们将在11月下旬前往柳工总部参加总决赛。
From August to October, LiuGong's subsidiaries have been participating in
the preliminary round of 2023 LiuGong Global Technical Skills Competition. The
exceptional contestants will proceed to the finals at LiuGong headquarters in
late November.

大赛背景
Background of the competition
时隔数年, 柳工在建厂65周年之际再次邀请海外子公司、经销商和客户的优秀服务工程师，到中国同台切磋技艺。
Celebrating the 65th anniversary of its foundation, LiuGong once again
invites outstanding engineers from its subsidiaries, dealers and customers to
China to exchange service skills.
总决赛将首次采用组队竞赛模式，项目内容包括整机交机讲解演示(8大产品)、整机故障诊断(8大产品)、核心部件维修(4大类)等，较前两届有所增加。
The finals will adopt a team competition mode for the first time, including
equipment delivery demonstration and machine fault diagnosis (8 major products),
and repairs of core components (4 categories).
大赛旨在培养全球服务人员的团队协作精神、提升其服务能力，进一步增进柳工、经销商和客户之间的交流，从而提升品牌凝聚力，同时为柳工全系列产品深入全球市场打下坚实基础，推进全面解决方案战略落实。
The competition aims to foster team spirit among global service personnel
and enhance their service capabilities. It also promotes better communication
between LiuGong, dealers, and customers.
