In 2022, Hengwang Group established the "Matchmaker Award" to help single youths expand their social circles. The initiative aims to allow more single youths to catch the "matchmaker" express to happiness, encouraging them to find love and start families sooner.
近日，恒旺集团国内贸易部员工刘存鑫在“红娘”王丹的介绍下，迈入婚姻的殿堂，作为介绍人在收获感谢的同时，也得到了公司提供的一份“红娘”奖励。
Recently, an employee from the Domestic Trade Department of Hengwang Group, Liu Cunxin, entered into marriage with the assistance of "matchmaker" Wang Dan. As the matchmaker, Wang Dan not only received thanks but also a "matchmaker" reward provided by the company.

参评方法
Participation Method
符合参评资格的员工可撰写文字版中请书(详细注明牵线搭桥时间、地点、方式、频次等内容)一份，递交集团行政人事部或厂区综合部，经调查了解后确认是否获奖，如获奖报集团领导批准后执行。
Eligible employees who wish to participate can write a detailed matchmaker proposal, specifying the timing, location, method, and frequency of their matchmaking efforts. This document should be submitted to the Group's Administrative Human Resources Department or the Plant's General Affairs Department. After an investigation and verification, the confirmation of any awards will be subject to the approval of the group's leadership before being granted.
参评资格
Eligibility Criteria
本人利用业余时间为集团未婚同事(至少一方为集团在职员工)创造交往机会并积极促成结婚的(以婚姻登记证为准)。
I have used my spare time to create opportunities for unmarried colleagues (at least one of whom is a current employee of the group) to meet and have actively facilitated their marriage (as evidenced by the marriage certificate).
