LiuGong Green Alliance Public Welfare Activities Officially Launched
5月7日，柳工南非子公司在当地举办了柳工“绿色联盟”首期水井公益项目签约暨非洲首台电动土方机械发布仪式。摩西·科塔尼市市长恩克图·恩科茨维女士、中国驻约翰内斯堡总领事潘庆江先生、南中经贸协会会长张朝阳先生、南中经贸协会常务副会长张广珠先生、柳工非洲大区总经理李翊先生、柳工南非经销商BurGers Equipment 首席执行官Tiaan Burger，地方政府官员和企业代表等近百人出席了活动。
On May 7, LiuGong South Africa held the inaugural signing ceremony for the
LiuGong Green Alliance water well charity project and the launch of Africa's
first electric earth-moving machinery. Nearly a hundred attendees, including
Mrs. Nketu Nkotswe, Mayor of Moses Kotane Local Municipality, Mr. Zhang Zhao
Yang, President Of South Africa China Economic and Trade Association, Mr. Zhang
Guang Zhu, Executive Vice President of South Africa China Economic and Trade
Association, Mr. Li Yi, General Manager of LiuGong Africa, Mr. Pan QingJiang,
Consul General of China in Johannesburg, Tiaan Burger, CEO of BurGerS Equipment,
LiuGong’s dealer in South Africa, as well as local government officials and
corporate representatives, participated in the event.

Mrs. Nketu Nkotswe
恩克图·恩科茨维女士赞扬了中国的可持续发展战略以及对扶贫项目作出的努力，并对柳工水井公益项目表示肯定，同时表达市政府将大力支持项目的开展。
Mrs. Nketu Nkotswe praised China's sustainable development strategy and its
efforts in poverty alleviation projects. She also commended the LiuGong water
well charity project and expressed the municipal government's strong support for
its implementation.

Mr. Pan Qingjiang
潘庆江先生对柳工新能源产品成功引入非洲表示祝贺，同时希望中南工商界继续为中南关系“黄金时代”贡献更多经贸合作，进一步推动当地工业化和可持续发展。
Mr. Pan Qingjiang congratulated LiuGong on the successful introduction of
its new energy products in Africa. He also expressed hope for continued
contributions from the business communities of China and South Africa to enhance
the "golden era" of their relationship through more economic and trade
cooperation, further promoting local industrialization and sustainable
development.

李翊先生在仪式中展示了柳工电动设备的发展，以及建立“绿色联盟”以支持非洲公益项目的目的和意义，同时还表达了柳工践行可持续发展的承诺。此外，他还对当地市政府及相关合作方表示感谢，希望通过多方持续合作，为非洲人民打造更美好生活环境。
Mr. Li Yi showcased the development of LiuGong's electric equipment during
the ceremony, as well as the purpose and significance of establishing the Green
Alliance to support charitable projects in Africa. He also expressed LiuGong's
commitment to sustainable development. Furthermore, he extended gratitude to the
local municipal government and relevant partners, hoping that through continuous
collaboration, a better living environment could be created for the people of
Africa.
▍856HE电动装载机
针对非洲首次迎来的856HE电动装载机，柳工已提供了维护保养及操作知识全面培训，以保证设备在不同工况的高出勤率，提高客户满意度。
In response to the arrival of Africa's first 856HE electric wheel loaders,
LiuGong has conducted comprehensive training on maintenance and operation
knowledge to ensure high equipment uptime across various working conditions and
enhance customer satisfaction.
最后，在全场近百人的见证下，柳工与BurGerS Equipment、关键客户、当地市政进行了水井签约，柳工“绿色联盟”公益活动正式揭幕。
Finally, witnessed by nearly a hundred attendees, LiuGong, along with
BurGerS Equipment, key customers, and local municipal officials, signed the
water well contract, officially unveiling the LiuGong Green Alliance charity
initiative.
“绿色联盟”组织
2023年11月，在柳工全球经销商大会上，柳工与关键客户、经销商以及公益组织机构等共同建立了绿色联盟组织。该联盟旨在通过将柳工电动装载机年销售收入的一部分用于非洲公益项目，以更好地践行社会责任。
During 2023 LiuGong Global Dealer Conference, LiuGong established the Green
Alliance with its valued customers, dealers, as well as esteemed public interest
organizations. This alliance aims to reinforce LiuGong’s commitment to social
responsibility by allocating a portion of its annual sales revenue from electric
loaders to help the public welfare projects in Africa.
