Recently, several units of LiuGong large wheel loaders and excavators were
delivered to a mining customer in Croatia, marking that LiuGong's large
equipment has formally entered the high-end market and won recognition from
customers in the industry.

As one of the Chinese construction machinery manufacturers that entered the
European market at the earliest, LiuGong entered the former Yugoslavia and
carried out distribution cooperation with local TEIMC company in 2007. After 15
years of development, LiuGong's market share in the former Yugoslavia region has
ranked first. The batch order from Croatia this time included 877H, 890H wheel
loaders and 936E excavators.

The customer is one of the largest aggregate and coating production &
sales enterprises in the region, as well as a local Century-Old Shop and
regional industry benchmark. In 2020, after knowing that the customer would
purchase new equipment to increase production in the next 2-3 years, LiuGong
Europe cooperated closely with the dealer team to carry out order tracking and
customer public relations. But the customer has been using other well-known
foreign construction machinery brands for decades, both the managers and
decision makers as well as the operators all have a preference for the original
equipment brands. Besides, the customer's working conditions require the
equipment to work almost 24 hours a day. Therefore, the customer was skeptical
about whether LiuGong equipment can meet the production needs.

To this end, LiuGong Europe and the dealer team kept close contact with the
customer, sharing regional success cases, customer demonstrations and other
activities, while providing customers with the best solutions. After two years
of efforts, LiuGong finally stood out from many well-known brands and
successfully obtained batch orders from customers in 2022.

In 2022, LiuGong continues to expand the Croatian market and successfully
launched F-series excavators and H-series large wheel loaders. In Serbia, Bosnia
and Herzegovina and other traditional markets, LiuGong will continue to provide
customers with comprehensive solutions to consolidate its market position.
LiuGong is expected to achieve over 100% year-on-year sales growth in the entire
former Yugoslav region this year.
