购买本条生产线的墨西哥客户是当地制砖行业的老牌知名企业,长年从全球采购生产设备,包括美国带架生产线,
对高质量设备的需求敏锐,专业嗅觉精深。随着客户商业版图的扩张，客户对寻找更高自动化水平生产线的这一需求日益增强，考虑到语言的共通性，客户起初将目光投向了西班牙市场，考察良久并未发现合适的设备厂家。
机缘巧合之下，客户探访同行，据此了解到泉工设备，同时也发现泉工设备在墨西哥多个城市良好运行，因此萌生采购泉工设备的念头，而更让客户欣喜的是泉工设备的操作系统配有多语种，且运行经年，精准稳定。接洽泉工之后，专业人员给客户提供了多重机型及参考配置。经认真考究和比较，最终选择了具有德国设计、中国制造且带有西班牙语操作系统的ZN1200C全自动生产线。

与泉工之前在墨西哥市场热销的ZN1000C机型相比，ZN1200C的成型面积更大，托板尺寸为1350x900mm，配有4个5.5KW的变频振动电机和2个上振动电机，最大激振力可达到120KN。同时根据客户的需求，可选配快速换模装置和选配4轴伺服振动电机，深受南美和俄语区市场客户的喜爱。

同时，产品发货之后，客户地基配套完成后，泉工南美服务工程师也将于第一时从加勒比地区直接前往客户现场开始指导安装工作，尽快帮助客户投入生产。同时也希望泉工设备能为刚刚经受地震灾害的墨西哥灾后重建，贡献绵薄之力，使墨西哥的每个城市和乡村再现美好。
New ZN1200C Fully Automatic Line Starts its Trip to Mexico
On September 20, one ZN1200C fully automatic production line was shipped to
Mexico from QGM headquarter in China.
This client has started his block business since many years ago in local,
and he already purchased one automatic concrete block production line with
curing rack from America. With years of experience in the block business, this
client do have a professional sense and a higher quality demand on the block
machine.
With client’s business map is expanding day by day, a production line with
higher automation is needed. Considering the language commonality, this client
set his sight on the Spain market firstly, but fond nothing satisfied.
By coincidence, the client noticed our brand on Youtube, and what made him
more happier was that we have control system in Spanish. After a long-time
comparison between the Spanish local machine and our ZN1200C which is designed
in Germany and made in China with a Spanish control system, the client chose the
Germany design at last.Same as its sister versions like ZN900C and ZN1000C,
ZN1200C has the Germany design with a bigger pallet size 1350*900mm which allows
ZN1200C can produce 50 pieces for rectangular paver in 200*100*60/80mm. Based on
customer needs, QGM can upgrade the ZN1200C with the features of quick mold
change and servo motor vibration in 4 shafts.
