8月26日,柳工海外第18个、老挝首个呼叫中心举行上线仪式,柳工老挝经销商VK公司总经理张珂先生携其夫人阿玲女士、柳工亚太公司总经理向冬生先生以及VK集团公司和柳工驻老挝办事处全体人员参加了上线仪式。
On August 26, LiuGong held a launch ceremony for its 18th overseas call
center, which is also the first in Laos. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Zhang
Ke, General Manager of LiuGong’s Laos dealer VK Company, along with his wife Ms.
Ling, Mr. Xiang Dongsheng, General Manager of LiuGong Asia Pacific, as well as
all staff from VK Group and LiuGong's office in Laos.
活动中,张珂先生积极动员VK全体人员学习并参与呼叫中心的工作。
During the event, Mr. Zhang Ke encouraged all VK staff to participate in
the work of the call center.

The launch of the Call Center in Laos will further enhance LiuGong's
localized service capabilities and advantages in Laos. In addition to enabling
rapid response to customer needs, the center will also leverage the database
formed by the aftermarket service system to further improve service quality and
customer satisfaction.
