In October 2024, LiuGong Machinery Middle East, together with UAE
distributor GARGASH, organized a customer visit event themed "Listening to
Customers" for the 870H loader. During the event, LiuGong and the distributor
team listened to the customers, provided training on operation and maintenance
for equipment operators, and conducted a free comprehensive inspection of the
equipment to ensure zero malfunctions.

The 870H received high praise from customers upon its introduction to the
UAE market, particularly in terms of overall performance, customer experience,
and high-quality after-sales service. One of customers who runs the largest
cement plants in the UAE purchased 4 870H wheel loaders, primarily for municipal
road construction. To date, the machines have worked for over 2,000 hours with
outstanding performance. The customer noted that LiuGong machines are reliable,
fuel-efficient, providing significant economic benefits. Additionally, LiuGong's
after-sales service team is professional, efficient, and responds quickly,
