931A轮式装载机是我公司紧跟国内外工程机械发展趋势开发的一款新产品。该产品传动系统汲取了我公司30装载机成熟的传动技术，分体式双变结构定轴式动力换档变速箱，性能可靠，维护方便。工作装置采用单摇臂短拉杆卧式动臂油缸布局，工作效率高，三项和仅为9.96秒。液压操纵系统采用操纵阀后置直接操纵形式，操纵更为轻便，克服了先导操纵价格高，软轴操纵沉重可靠性差的缺点，充分体现了现代工程机械的高效、节能、环保和人性化的设计理念。 931A wheel loader 931A Wheel loader is a new product,developed closely following developing tendency of domestic and foreign construction machinery,which transmission device adopts independent torque converter and gearbox,shaft-fixed power shift gearbox on matured transmission technique of 30 type loader with reliable performance and easy maintenance. The working device is of structure of the single tilt lever,shorted pull rod and horizontal lift arm cylinder with high working efficiency of 9.96 seconds of total cycle time. The hydraulic control system uses direct control at the behind of control valve,overcoming some disadvantages of high price with the guide valve control,heavy control and low reliability with the flexible cable,embodying fully modernized construction machinery design concepts of efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection and humanness.
