5月底，柳工携手越南经销商海鸥公司，在越南北部重点市场举办了客户节活动。超过200名客户参加了活动，其中多名客户现场签约采购柳工设备。
At the end of May, LiuGong in collaboration with Hai Au Company, its Vietnamese dealer, held a customer day in key markets in northern Vietnam. More than 200 customers attended the event, and many of them signed contracts to purchase LiuGong equipment on site.
活动中，柳工挖掘机933EHD，装载机835H、856H、862H，压路机6611E，推土机B160C，叉车CPCD30等产品展出。在动态演示区，客户亲身试驾设备，体验柳工产品性能。
During the event, LiuGong 933EHD excavator, 835H, 856H, 862H wheel loaders, 6611E roller, B160C bulldozer, CPCD30 forklift and other products were displayed. In the dynamic demonstration area, customers test-drove LiuGong equipment and experienced the performance of the products.
在介绍了公司发展历史和产品线后，柳工和海鸥公司重点推出了客户答谢方案与“1125”服务标准承诺（即1小时响应、1天到达客户现场、2天解决故障、5天内为客户解决问题），现场立即收到了多台设备采购订单、多份意向订单。
After introducing the two companies’ histories and product lines, LiuGong and Hai Au Company jointly launched the customer appreciation program and the "1125" service standard commitment (response in 1 hour, arrive at the customer site in 1 day, finish troubleshooting in 2 days, and solve problems for the customer within 5 days). LiuGong received a number of purchase orders and intended orders.
