自2022年起，柳工加大在几内亚市场投入，长期派驻10至15名专业服务工程师，并在多个重点区域设立服务网点，全面覆盖当地主要矿区及基础设施项目，提供全方位技术保障。为确保设备高效运营，柳工制定严格服务标准：1小时内响应、4小时到达现场;一般故障当天修复;核心部件维修5天内完成。同时，依托两大备件中心，有效保障维修效率。
Since 2022, LiuGong has increased its investment in the Guinea market
stationing 10 to15 professional service engineers long-term and setting up
service points across key areas. This ensures full coverage of major mining
sites and infrastructure projects, providing comprehensive technical support.
LiuGong has established strict service standards, including a 1-hour response
time, 4-hour onsite arrival, same-day repair for common faults, and completion
of major component repairs within 5 days. Two spare parts centers further ensure
maintenance efficiency.
