LiuGong Vietnam kicks off 2024 Customer Service Campaign
8月24日，柳工越南与当地经销商海鸥公司共同举办了2024年客户服务活动启动仪式。
On August 24, 2024, LiuGong Vietnam and its dealer Hai Au held the kick-off
ceremony for 2024 Customer Service Campaign.
该活动是柳工每年规模最大的客户关怀活动。在三个月内，双方的服务团队和销售人员将为越南全国600多位重要客户提供免费的设备检查服务，确保设备的出勤率和最佳运行时间，保障客户的业务发展和投资回报率。
This event is LiuGong's largest annual customer care initiative. Over three
months, the LiuGong Vietnam service team will collaborate with Hai Au’s service
team and sales personnel to provide free equipment inspection services to over
600 key customers across Vietnam. This initiative ensures equipment availability
and optimal uptime, supporting customers' business growth and return on
investment.
